A RARE Parade Is Returning To Magic Kingdom For One Day Only

Disney’s Celebrate Soulfully festivities are BACK! The park’s Black History Month celebrations are just around the corner, and there are lots of ways to get in on the fun.

Celebrate Soulfully parade in 2024


This year, the festivities are taking place in Disneyland and Walt Disney World in February with art, limited-time snacks, entertainment, and the return of a rare parade! We’re breaking it all down here.

The Celebrate Soulfully Parade is back in Disney World! The rare parade will take place on February 9th, 2026, and it will be led by realtity tv star, author, and businesswoman, Toya Johnson-Rushing as honorary Grand Marshal.

The parade will take place on Magic Kingdom’s normal parade route down Main Street at 3 PM. It will feature Disney characters, live music, fun displays, and more. Over in EPCOT, Celebrate Soufully is highlighting Black artistry at the Festival of the Arts. You can find artists like:

  • Yesenia Moises
  • Ryan Riller
  • Larissa Brown
  • Mark Page

These artists will make appearances on various days through mid-February.

Also in EPCOT, you can see Black artists from shows like The Lion King and Aladdin during the Disney on Broadway Concert series. You’ll find them at the America Gardens Theatre stage. The performers include:

  • Jelani Remy (The Lion King)
  • Anastacia McCleskey (Tarzan) – NEW!
  • Kissy Simmons (The Lion King)
  • James Monroe Iglehart (Aladdin)

There will also be two new snacks for the month! First is the new Soulful New York Cheesecake Pop! It’s a cheesecake layered with graham cracker ganache. It will be available from February 1st through the 28th at The Ganachery at Disney Springs.

The other exclusive treat is the new Wakandan Mousse at Amorette’s Patisserie at Disney Springs. It’s made with coconut mousse, guava gelée, and a chocolate sablé. It will also be available from February 1st to February 28th.

Over in Disneyland, the “Celebrate Gospel” concerts return! It will be for two weekends in 2026: February 20th and 21st, and February 27th and 28th. It will have Grammy Award-winning gospel music performers featuring Bishop Hezekiah Walker on February 21st and Yolanda Adams on February 28th.

You can also find new bites like the French Quarter Fried Chicken Bowl at Tiana’s Palace. It’s spicy honey-glazed fried chicken served with baked macaroni and cheese and collard greens. This is available from January 30th through March 2nd.

At Lamplight Lounge in Disney California Adventure, you can try the New Orleans BBQ Shrimp. It has cajun battered shrimp served with cheesy polenta, onions, peppers, celery, and a New Orleans BBQ butter sauce. It’s also available from January 30th through March 2nd.
