Good news for those who have ridden Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure at EPCOT and aren't fans of the 3D glasses—you won't need them anymore! Despite some love it and others don't, the attraction is about to transition to a 2D experience. Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure will temporarily close from November 10th to 13th, during which Disney plans to make the switch to a 2D system, removing the 3D elements altogether.

While the change aligns with updates happening at Disneyland Paris, if you plan to visit EPCOT during those dates, you'll miss the ride. Along with the 2D update, Disney will introduce new props and lighting in the queue over the coming months, although details are still under wraps.

In contrast, the Disneyland Paris version is closed for more extensive refurbishments, expected to reopen in spring 2026 with added technical and scenic enhancements beyond the 2D switch.

What's your take on this change? Is removing the 3D glasses a good move, or will you miss them? Share your thoughts below!

Stay tuned for more Disney updates.
