The shop isn’t closing, but a beloved treat is off the menu again. The Gingerbread Salted Caramel Buttercream Cookie Sandwich, a fan favorite since its 2022 debut, has been sidelined to a seasonal release. If you haven’t tried it, its rich caramel buttercream and soft gingerbread cookies make for a deliciously irresistible combo.
Replacing this seasonal classic is the Caramel Carrot Cake Whoopie Pie. While it brings its own charm with caramel and a buttercream-like filling, it’s still tough to say goodbye to the gingerbread delight. Though not entirely new, this switch-up is worth trying.
