It seems LEGO enthusiasts may soon be booking flights to Shanghai. You might be wondering, "LEGO in Shanghai?" Allow me to explain.
We’re quite familiar with LEGOLAND parks in the United States, such as those in Florida and California. But surprisingly, the largest LEGOLAND is not here. Shanghai is about to unveil the world’s biggest LEGOLAND, opening very soon!
The massive new park in Shanghai will feature eight themed immersive areas, transforming beloved LEGO stories, like Ninjago and LEGO Friends, into life-sized adventures. A highlight is the mini-replica of the Shanghai waterfront, showcasing LEGO’s incredible detail, and Miniland, filled with awe-inspiring constructions that took 168,000 hours to build using over 20 million bricks.
With more than 400 LEGO stores, Shanghai is already a haven for LEGO lovers. Tickets for LEGOLAND Shanghai will start at 319 yuan (about $44) in the low season and reach 599 yuan (around $84) during peak times.
This upcoming opening is incredibly exciting, and LEGO fans worldwide are likely marking their calendars. What do you think about this LEGOLAND in Shanghai? Would you consider visiting? Share your thoughts!
