disney transportation

We have an Animal Kingdom day planned but have reservations for the Boathouse for a late lunch/early dinner. Do the Disney buses run from Animal Kingdom to Disney Springs by chance? If not do anyone else have an idea on how to get there? I would hate to have to go back to my resort and then...

On their website it says they start running 45 minutes before the theme park opens. Is that 45 minutes before the official opening or 45 minutes before early entry? I want to make the most of getting to the park early, but I don't know if I should take different transportation.
